What is your Returns Policy?

Please contact to arrange a return. If you do not contact to create a return this will cause delays in processing your item.  

Returning an unwanted item?

No problem, we understand that sometimes people change their minds! As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, including rules about fair use. None of these affect your statutory rights.

Please note, as we are a small family-run company, we do not currently offer to cover the cost of your postage for returns unless the product is deemed faulty.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of delivery/ collection, we'll give you a full refund. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If an item is returned to us damaged by yourself, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Fair use
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right, then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts.

Want to exchange an item?

All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse. Need it in a different size or colour? Simply place a new order!

Returning a faulty or incorrect item?

We are so sorry to hear that our beloved PADA clothing has arrived to you faulty. Please contact us via and we’ll issue you a full refund or exchange the product.

What is your standard shipping?

All orders over £50 are subject to free P&P. This is second class Royal Mail small parcel P&P, usually taking between 2-4 working days to deliver. Customers will be sent a proof of postage reference number. 

Standard P&P is charged at £5.99 for UK delivery. This is second class Royal Mail small parcel P&P, usually taking between 2-4 working days to deliver.

Do you ship worldwide? 

We don't currently offer worldwide shipping, but this is something we will be sure to implement in the future!
