If, after purchasing our PADA kneepadded leggings, you do not experience a reduction in knee pain when kneeling, we will refund your purchase. Our promise is simple: "Reduce knee pain or your money back."

**Conditions for Money Back Guarantee:**

1. **30-Day Timeframe:** The Money Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If you are not satisfied within this timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund. Please note this excludes return postage cost which must be paid by the customer. 

2. **Proof of Purchase:** To qualify for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase from PadaTribe.com.

3. **Product Condition:** The PADA kneepadded leggings must be in their original condition, free from any damage or excessive wear.

4. **Usage Guidelines:** The leggings should be used according to the recommended guidelines provided by PadaTribe. Any damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow the guidelines may void the Money Back Guarantee.

5. **Refund Process:** To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at [hello@padatribe.com](mailto:hello@padatribe.com) within the 30-day timeframe. Include your order number, a brief explanation of your experience, and any relevant details.

6. **Return Shipping:** Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must be returned to PADA TRIBE RETURNS, Shire House, Paradise Row, Bromsgrove, B60 2DD. All returns must first be approved by emailing [hello@padatribe.com](mailto:hello@padatribe.com).

7. **Refund Amount:** The refund will be issued for the purchase price of the PADA kneepadded leggings, excluding any shipping fees. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

The PADA kneepadded leggings are not medical products and are not intended to heal knee-related issues. The Money Back Guarantee specifically relates to the reduction in knee pain when kneeling whilst using PADA kneepadded leggings appropriately.
